Allison is a fitness instructor and professional stage performer on land and at sea. She has worked as a singer/dancer with companies like Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and RWS Entertainment Group. One of her favorite Bay Area credits to date is performing in SF's iconic Beach Blanket Babylon. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cal State Fullerton and Personal Training Certification from The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). 

 

Allison developed her own passion for strength training while studying for her competitive performance degree and works as a personal trainer online and throughout the Bay Area. She is fiercely committed to spreading that passion by inspiring folks on their own fitness journeys.
