Vinyasa Yoga (March 2015 – Current)


Yoga has been an instrumental part of Bex’s life. Starting from a young age she has been an avid athlete dabbling in various sports from gymnastics, swimming, tennis, volleyball, martial arts, Polynesian and ballroom dance, to recreational motocross and competitive horseback riding. Bex’s regular yoga routine is key to maintaining and improving her athletic performance. Vinyasa yoga benefits help to balance your nervous system, increase blood circulation, improve flexibility and mental focus, tones your body and looking ageless.
