Vinyasa Flow (June 2019 – Current)

Jennifer first started regularly practicing yoga over a decade ago, and fell in love with both the physical aspects of increased flexibility and strength as well as the mental and spiritual aspects of mindfulness, self-reflection, non-judgement, and continued growth that yoga offered.
Jennifer’s background in anatomy, physiology, biochem, healthcare, and her love for music is integrated throughout the flows that she brings to class. She trained with Sarah Ezrin and Marisa Lavalette for her yoga teacher certification and is excited to be teaching at Rae Studios! Outside of yoga, Jennifer is a consultant in the healthcare industry and loves to travel and experience new countries, play music, dance, and cook.
Through alignment-based vinyasa flows, we will work on building flexibility and strength, and cultivating a sense of unwavering self-confidence, gratitude, positivity, and compassion on the mat that we can bring into our daily lives.
