Marisa LaValette teaches yoga as part of a holistic approach to overall wellness and teaches vinyasa flow for all levels of practitioners. Her teaching background comes from an Ashtanga format that emphasizes the importance of proper physical alignment from the Iyengar tradition. Whether you're a runner, cyclist, dancer, or Zumba enthusiast, Marisa offers an array of yoga sequences to bring balance to body and mind. In addition to her love for all forms of physical movement, Marisa enjoys sharing her passion for plant-based, gluten-free cuisine. Marisa looks forward to answering all of your questions about healthy meal planning and event catering as part of a healthy lifestyle, and she can't wait to share the yoga practice with you at RAE Studios.
