Yoga (September 2016-Current)
M has been studying and practicing yoga for 15 years; experienced in styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Bikram and Shivananda Yoga. She is also a professional dancer and a fitness model in the bay area with training in Tango, Burlesque, and Belly Dance. Michelle’s teaching style promotes a healthy body and mind through poses that develop strength, muscle tone, flexibility, and relaxation. She creates well balanced classes that guide you through a practice of purification based on slow, steady breathing; leaving the student feeling energized, positive, and peaceful.
