This weekend workshop is a progressive intensive. Students will spend the first half of day one focusing on beginner heels technique, including walking, balance, strength, and performance, followed by beginner-level choreography.

On day two, students will spend the first half of the workshop breaking down common heels tricks and floorwork, and the remainder of our time reviewing the previous day's choreography, and adding a second more advanced section incorporating some of the tricks and techniques learned over the course of the weekend.

Students may sign up for one or both days, but it is expected that they will attend the full 3 hours for each day.
