All classes are non-refundable. Cancellation of in-studio classes must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled class. No-shows or last minute cancellations will are not eligible for class credit or refund. If you are unable to attend class, you can "Early Cancel" on our site, via the MindBody app, or you can call/email the studio to retain your class credit for later use. You can Early Cancel up to 1 hour prior to livestream classes and 3 hours prior to in-studio classes, without any penalty. Anyone that canceled past the window will be considered as a Late Cancel, which deducts the session from your missed visit. No show will NOT be automatically canceled and the missed class will be forfeited. ​ Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $5 per class with the first late or no-show cancellation waived.  This applies to Monthly Unlimited Membership, One Month Unlimited, and 7-Day Unlimited.  Any students reserving through ClassPass, FitReserve, or any other third party must adhere to their respective cancellation / no-show policies. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS. ClassPass users will see a credit back into the account within 1-3 business days. Class packages expire within 1-3 months depending on the package. 
Monthly Unlimited Membership is valid for all weekly in-studio classes and must be paid with credit card for recurring payments, and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership fee will be automatically withdrawn each month after the purchase date.  Monthly Unlimited Membership is a 6-month contract. Terminations of the Monthly Unlimited Memberships must be made after the initial six-month commitment. All termination and suspension requests must be sent to the RAE management team or Rae Studios Gmail ( Cancellation requests must be made 15 days before the date of the next scheduled auto payment. Termination prior to 6-month term fulfillment will be subjected to a $150 Early Termination Fee. All sales final. No class credits, refunds, or extensions will be given for any no-shows or unused days/months.

All Students must adhere by the COVID-19 guidelines and sign updated liability waiver prior to arriving to the studio. In-studio classes must be signed up in advanced to reduce physical touch points. No drop-ins allowed.
