NEW STUDENT CONSULTATION:
This form is required to better assist our new students. Our team will have access to this form to better understand your movement history and goals to students looking for class consultation. Students are welcome to call for questions regarding classes/memberships during our office during office hours, M-F 9AM - 5PM with studio hours M-F 5pm - 9:30pm and weekends 10am - 2pm. How do I sign up for a class?
You can either Sign Up on our website by going to raestudios-sf.com/sign-up for in-studio classes, raestudios-sf.com/neighborhood-programs for our FREE outdoors classes, or by registering via the Momence app. Find the class that you are interested in. Click on the Sign Up button on the right-hand side and follow the prompts to sign in. If it is your first time, please create a Momence profile.
Do you offer free introductory classes?
While we do not offer free trial classes, all our weekly Neighborhood Programs classes are free. We also have a NEW STUDENT DEAL, only available for first-time visitors. Get a 7-Days of Unlimited Pass for all our weekly in-studio and outdoor classes just $55.

Do you offer monthly memberships or class packages?
Yes. We offer a Monthly Unlimited Membership that allows students to take all our group classes for one flat. Monthly Unlimited Membership is a 6-month contract for $165/month. There is no initiation fee. Members that wish to terminate their Monthly Unlimited Membership may cancel any time after the initial 6 months from the date of activation and must contact management via email with a minimum of 15-calendar days notice. Cancellations prior to 6-month term fulfillment will be subjected to a $150 Early Termination Fee. The Monthly Unlimited Membership must be paid with a credit card and kept on file. Recurring payment will be automatically withdrawn on the same date of each month after the purchase date. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Monthly Unlimited Membership is valid for general In-Studio and Livestream classes listed on our websites ‘Schedule Page’. The Monthly Unlimited Membership is not valid towards special Pop-Up classes, Spotlight classes, Workshops, Private Lessons, or Studio Rentals. No class credits, refunds, or extensions will be given for any no-shows or unused days/months.

Do you offer private lessons or personal training?
Yes. We offer private lessons and personal training for all different dance or fitness levels. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced dancer, our sessions are tailored to meet your specific dance or fitness goals. Each lesson is customized to provide you with the guidance and support to reach those goals.
Select from our roster of professional instructors and certified personal trainers, movement style, level, and time. If the instructor of your choosing is unavailable or if you’re unsure on what you’re looking for, we can help assign you to an instructor that will meet your needs and schedule. Off-site training available (Travel fee may apply).

Is there an age requirement to attend class?
We welcome everyone ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 16 must either be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or with parental approval.
What if I'm running late?
To ensure that your spot is not released to the waitlist, please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of your class. To be respectful to other students, the instructor, and to prevent injuries, there will be no entry allowed 10 minutes after the class has started. In the event that you arrive after the cut off time, the class pass will be forfeited.

My class package / promotional deal expired. Can I get an extension?
Unfortunately, we can not extend expiration dates. Terms and conditions are stated on each package. Any unused classes by expiration date will be forfeited.
I think I left something at the studio. Do you have a lost & found?
We keep found items for 2-3 weeks before donating them to a local charity. If you forgot something, please check with the studio hosts or contact us here, so we can reconnect you with your item(s). We are not responsible for lost items.
What’s the difference between Livestream and In-Studio on your sign-up page?
In-Studio classes are group classes held in our physical studio. Livestream group classes are held virtually via Zoom. Students tune in on their own devices. Livestream classes are currently only held during the holidays or for specialty classes.
Where is Rae Studios located?
Location: We are not a storefront studio. Rae Studios is located inside the Native Sons Building on the 7th floor, overlooking downtown San Francisco. We are one block from Union Square Park on Mason Street, between Post Street and Geary Street. We are easily accessible by MUNI and BART. Look for the Native Sons Building next to August Hall. If you are facing August Hall, the Native Sons Building is on your right hand side. Rae Studios 414 Mason Street, Suite 705
San Francisco, CA 94102 Entering the building: Please use the intercom to the right of the entrance to dial "705 Rae Studios" on the contact list. Someone will buzz you in. We are on the 7th floor.
Parking: Limited metered street parking are available. You can also park at a nearby garage. The cheapest nearby garage is under Union Square Plaza. BART:
Get off at Powell Street Station. Take the exit A1 towards Powell Street, Cable Car / Union Square. From the cable car turnaround, walk up Powell Street towards Union Square. Take a left at Geary Street and a right at Mason Street.
MUNI: Buses: #2, #3, #8, #8AX, #8BX, #30, #38, #38R, and #45 all stop within a block or two from Rae Studios.
Metro Subway: T line (stop at Geary) or J, K, M, and N (stop at Powell)
Caltrain:
Exit 4th Street then take either buses #30 and #45 (stop at Stockton St & Sutter St), #31 (stop at Cyril Magnin & Market St), or Metro Subway T Line (Stop at Geary)

Where can I park?
We are located downtown SF. We highly taking public transportation like BART or MUNI, Lyft, Uber, walking, if able.

What is a Community Class?
Our Community Classes are discounted classes designed for students to get a taste of up-and-coming dance and fitness classes, new and recurring teachers, and class formats that may be introduced to the Rae Studios weekly group class schedule. The goal for the Community Classes is to encourage students to try out new class styles. It is an opportunity for students to share their feedback and experiences with our management team and help contribute to the growth of our community and assist in the hiring process of dancers and movement specialists at our studio. Feedback for classes taken is required upon class completion. We thank you for your continued support and effort to keep our community great and thriving.
