This Spotlight focuses on the NBA Pro Dance style, specifically jazz funk—expect dynamic textures, full out choreography, and an emphasis on performance (as if you were on the court in front of thousands of basketball fans!). The class will start with a warm up, move into choreography, and end with small groups. Choreography will be taught in chunks, sections will be broken down, and dancers are encouraged to ask questions throughout class. Although the choreography difficulty may lean more Intermediate/Advanced, all levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. This environment is supportive, empowering, and community-oriented, with all dancers in class helping one other reach their goals!
