This community healing experience blends the power of somatic embodiment practices, Reiki energy healing, and sound bath — inviting you to reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves, and come home to your inner clarity and alignment.

We’ll begin with a guided somatic practice including breathwork, intuitive movement, and emotional release — supporting you in grounding into your body and accessing your innate wisdom.

From this space of openness and presence, you'll be guided into deep stillness and meditation as Anna offers Reiki energy healing and Joseph creates a live sound bath experience using crystal bowls and other instruments to bring your body and mind into a state of relaxation and integration.
