Jasper designed this 6-week program to take you from absolutely zero knowledge of Shuffling to an intermediate level of comprehension for the dance style. Also ensuring that anyone that feels a lack of coordination with their body will develop that by the end of the six weeks.

Weeks One & Two will consist of learning individual dance moves that make up the core of Shuffle.

Weeks Three & Four will consist of learning how to create combos & learning the physics behind proper transitioning between movements.

Lastly, weeks Five & Six will finish off the program with pre-prepared choreography to practice all the movements together. First with a beginner level choreography & ending with an intermediate level choreography
