OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE >>

THE RAE STUDIOS

SAFETY STANDARD

(UPDATED 2/16/22)

Please read carefully, as vaccination status and safety guidelines have changed.  In compliance with the safety measures issued by SFDPH (San Francisco Department of Public Health) in alignment with State guidelines on February 16, individuals with “up-to-date” COVID-19 vaccinations, including the primary series and boosters, when eligible, may remove their mask for indoor settings. Other COVID-19 safety guidelines in these settings, such as proof of vaccination and mask requirement for medically exempt individuals, remain in effect.

According to the SFDPH, “up-to-date" vaccination means you are:

  •  (a) two weeks past completing the full initial course of vaccines—either two doses of Moderna or Pfizer or one dose of a Johnson & Johnson vaccine

    AND/OR

  •  (b) one week past receiving a booster when eligible

Unvaccinated individuals with proof of medical exemptions will be allowed to enter with either a negative rapid antigen test taken within the day before entry or a negative PCR laboratory test taken within 2 days before entry.  Masks must be properly worn at all times. Please see FAQ section below for proper mask usage. Those who fail to comply will be barred from entering.

All in-studio and outdoor classes will continue to operate without any physical distancing.  Due to the highly transmissible nature of the virus and the continued surge in cases, we recommend everyone to continue wearing their mask when possible. For us, the health and safety of our staff, students, and community is our top priority. Our mission at Rae Studios has, and will always be for the well-being of our community while providing a healthy, progressive environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all.  We understand the severity of the pandemic, as we have taken every precaution to make sure that all guidelines, with the addition of our own measures, comply with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to social gathering and business directives, to proactively do our part to stop the spread of the virus. We are extremely proud to have been operating without any outbreaks due to our safety measures in place.  We are closely monitoring and following official CDC and SFDPH recommendations and mandates.  As things continue to change, we will adjust our safety measures and guidelines in alignment with the above agencies to ensure the well-being of our staff and community.
