This 90-minute spotlight class is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers looking to refine their contemporary technique in a fun, inclusive environment. We’ll begin with a warmup and a series of center and across-the-floor exercises to build strength, control, and articulation in preparation for the second half of class: choreography. The combo will draw from the warmup material while encouraging dancers to explore their own unique style and expression. My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling more confident, inspired, and in love with contemporary dance!
