EVENT: Rae Studios 2026 Spring Performance Showcase

DATE / TIME: Sunday, May 31st, 2026  |  5:00pm - 8:00pm (Doors open at 4pm)

TECH REHEARSAL: Sunday, May 31st, 2026  |  10:00am - 3:00pm

LOCATION: Palace of Fine Arts  |  3301 Lyon Street, San Francisco, CA 94123

Guest Performers will be asked to submit the following along with their form submission:

• Professional Group Photo

• Video of planned performance piece (Must be the full performance piece)

• Video(s) of any previous performances (ideally video should be of a recent performance)

• Performance must be 4-8 minutes in length. Must not exceed 8 minutes. Performances less than four minutes will not be considered for a performance slot.

What we look for:

• All videos should be clear and show the best qualities of the performers and performance piece.

• Performances that are engaging and inspiring

• Amazing execution of technical skill and ability

• Quality of artists and dancers

• Performances that bring excitement and high energy

Following submissions of the interest form and audition video, Rae Studios management will follow up with a confirmation for acceptance or waitlist.

DEADLINES

SUBMISSIONS: Friday, April 10th, 2026

(All interested guest performers must submit an application form by the deadline to be considered)

MATERIALS: Friday, April 24th, 2026

(Accepted participants must complete and upload all required forms, content, and registration fee to be included in promotional materials)

FINAL CONFIRMATION & REGISTRATION FEE

Following submissions of the interest form and audition video, Rae Studios management will follow up with a confirmation for acceptance or waitlist. If you have confirmed for the show, the following items will need to be completed no later than the specified deadline.

Note: these items will be used for preparation for the show and promotion of your group on our social channels. Your promptness in completing these items is greatly appreciated.

All necessary items will be listed in your confirmation. Items to complete:

• Guest Performer Agreement Form

• Showcase Tech Form

• Professional Photos to be used for promotions (Submit to Dropbox)

• Performance Music Files (Submit to Dropbox)

• Previous performance video for promotion

Guest Performer fees will be applied for the following based on the total number of performers.

Company Rates (For companies looking to showcase their dance divisions):

• $550 | 15-18 Performers

• $400 | 5-10 Performers

Company/Group point of contacts, please continue to check emails regularly as Studio Management will continue to send updates and necessary information leading up to the show. Please expect a 1-2 business day response time for all inquiries.  Marketing will be sent as assets are updated. Confirmed performers will have their company name listed on the main event flyer as well as being included in our program. See example links below:

Please note: We will not be accepting any applications for solo performances for this event. Groups of 8 or more are highly encouraged to apply.
