RECAP | šŸ“· 2024 Spring Showcase at The Great Star Theatre

What an incredible night! We want to give you all a huge THANK YOU for coming out to our 4th annual Spring Showcase. We are very grateful for the continued support from our students, instructors , staff and family and friends that came out to witness this great moment! This Sunday's show featured 22 performances brought to you by some of the Bay Area's most amazing choreographers. Over the course of the past 8 weeks our in house choreographers and students trained to bring you this amazing show. Sunday's show saw a total of 130+ performers and a packed audience of over 350+ attendees. Our performers definitely left everything they had on that stage and the performances are testament to their hard work and dedication to the art of dance. A huge thank you to our Studio Manager and show producer Diamond JarrellĀ for their hard work in making this come together. Lastly we want to extend our gratitude to the team at The Great Star Theatre for welcoming us through their doors for another year. The support from their team is always appreciated.

That interplay between shadow and reflection on the back panels reminded me why I fell in love with visual storytelling in the first place. And yes, many of the scenic elements are kept in the theatreā€™s archive unless repurposed for new shows. Itā€™s like giving a second life to something already magical. Funny enough, that vintage aesthetic even inspired me at homeā€”I recently replaced our flat windows with deep bay windows, and the sense of expanded light and space reminds me of a theatre set that welcomes you every morning. What an incredible recap ā€” itā€™s always inspiring to see that kind of energy, passion, and community come together on one stage. Over 130 performers? Thatā€™s no small feat! Big applause to the choreographers, dancers, and organizers who made it all happen. Events like this are a powerful reminder of what dedication and collaboration can create, and the Bay Area continues to show up with so much talent and heart.

And after the high of such a performance-filled night, sometimes it's nice to wind down with something low-key. Iā€™ve been using glory casino registrationĀ for some quick entertainment ā€” easy to get started, smooth gameplay, and just the right vibe when you want to shift gears and relax a bit.
