New Mask Mandate Update

Due to the rapid increase of COVID-19 Delta-variant cases, San Francisco county health officials announced and reinstated a mask mandate for all indoor settings, starting Tuesday 8/3/21, regardless of vaccination status. While this is a disappointing step backwards, it is a necessary step to ensure the everyone's health and safety.

We will be making some changes to our operations and revising our schedule to add more online classes. For us, the health and safety of our staff, students, and community is our top priority. The goal and mission at Rae Studios has, and will always be for the well-being of our community. Rae Studios is committed in taking every precaution to make sure all guidelines with our own additional measures are set in place in order to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to social gathering and business directives, while doing our part to stop the spread of the virus. As things continue to change, we will continue to adjust our safety measures and guidelines to ensure the well-being of our staff and community.

With the new mandate, face covering must be worn correctly at all times (covering both nose and mouth), regardless of vaccination status. Face shields are allowed, as long as approved face masks are worn. NOTE: Gaiters, masks with holes or vents are NOT approved. Anyone that refuses to adhere to city and studio guidelines will not be permitted into the facility. Currently, there are no changes for outdoor classes, but we recommend everyone to wear a mask.

We will continue checking vaccination cards for anyone that is fully vaccinated so we can enter the status into our system. A notification of your vaccination card will be stored in your customer profile for future check-in entry. (Digital image of your vaccination card is acceptable). Individuals must be two weeks removed from receiving 2nd shot of Pfizer / Moderna, or one shot of J&J, to be considered fully vaccinated.
