Vision 2021 Vision Board:

Are you looking to get a head start on crafting your 2021 goals and vision board? Join Jessica Rae for another Vision 2021 goal-setting workshop. This workshop will cover various goal-setting exercises to better plan out your ideas while diving deeper to discover your craft. Why create a vision board? It’s something you create to remind yourself of your own potential and self goals in a collective piece of art that you can hang on your fridge or room to remind you daily on the things you want to achieve most.

About Jessica:

Jessica Rae is the owner and director of Rae Model & Talent Agency LLC and Rae Studios, a local dance and fitness studio located in San Francisco's Union Square. Jessica's has an extensive teaching background in dance, fitness and entrepreneurship. Her goals are to help people discover their inner craft, passion and goals.

• Wear something comfortable

• Bring snacks/water

• Laptop

• current 2-3 reading books

• Favorite quotes if available

• Relatable magazines: Make sure to diversify (travel, wellness, arts, etc)

• Pens, highlighters, markers

• 11x15 White Poster Paper

• Scissors

CLASS TIMELINE: Workshop Timeline: 1 pm - 2 pm: Creative Discussions and Writing Exercises (PART 1)

• Breathing Exercise (clear your mind)

• Quotes to live by

• Creative Speed Writing

• The List Builder

• Goal Sorting Worksheets

2pm - 4pm: Vision Board Crafting (PART 2)

• Review completed part 1 work (use the info to apply to the board)

• Sort through magazines

• Craft custom work (quotes, design, etc)

• Cut & Paste

• Vision Board Viewing Party with Mimosas!! (Or any celebratory drinks you have around the house :)

SET UP:

• Create a large table for arts and crafts

• Laptop: Make sure this electronic device is set up somewhere comfortable.

• Have your beverages/snacks handy :)

• Wear something comfortable. I'm in jeans and a sweater, we will stretch in the Part 1 of the workshop.

ITEMS TO BRING:
