We are wishing everyone a beautiful a wonderful 50th Anniversary Celebrating Earth Day! As you know, we take pride in our overall wellness approach - dedicating our interior walls inside the studio and sustaining green lifestyle living through our wellness practice and recycling habits. We still have a long way to go to be a better contributor to our planet, but we are proud of our small steps being conscious to our everyday practices.
In dedication of Earth Day, here are a list of articles that can help you become a green member to our planet. :)
Our Daily Approach:
1. Take a dance, fitness, wellness class
2. Shop small
3. Plant or water your green babies
4. Be a member of Plastic Reduction. Read and Practice "How to Give Up Plastic" - my favorite book: by Will Mccallum
5. Share your Story - Tag us @raestudiossf @jraesf
Happy Earth Day!
