Pop-Up: Holistic Health Workshop with Anna Bolender

During the “Holistic Health Workshop: Create daily habits for a healthier, happier life”, certified Health Coach Anna Bolender will explore the core principles of Holistic Health and provide insights into the foundational areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, mental, and emotional health. She will also dive into how areas such as our relationships, social life, creativity, career, and home environment influence our overall health and well-being.

As a workshop participant, you will be guided through self-discovery exercises to help you develop your personal Wellness Vision, set your own health & wellness goals, and create an action plan to take home and put into practice.

You will learn how to build a strong foundation with healthy habits and routines that work for YOU — supporting and nourishing all areas of your life. Get ready to dive deep! You will walk away with some powerful insights and uncover simple, practical ways to transform your health and well-being!

Meet the Instructors:

Anna Bolender is a Holistic Health Coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Passionate about all things health, wellness, and movement, Anna’s mission is to help others live healthier, happier lives and feel their best. She supports people in making sustainable lifestyle changes and establishing daily habits that enable them to reach their individual health and wellness goals.

Born and raised in Germany, Anna’s love for movement and dance started with Rhythmic Gymnastics when she was seven years old. Since then, she has trained in various other dance styles, including hip hop, pop, cheerleading, contemporary, ballet, and jazz.

Anna is a member and teacher at Rae Studios (check out her weekly cardio dance class DRENCHED!), as well as a dancer and model at Rae Agency.
