This course includes interactive exercises per step to train the brain and body by identifying, cuing, forming and rewarding yourself when building sustainable habits. Class includes various Habit Trackers to regulate your habit success. Let’s get started today and put the new year with a proactive foot forward!

About Jessica:
Jessica Rae is a Filipina business owner and educator around movement and entrepreneurship. She is the founder and CEO of Rae Model & Talent Agency LLC and Rae Studios, located in downtown SF. Jessica is a graduated from SF State and a lifetime advocate of wellness, dance and the arts.
