Happy Pride Month Dancers! On Behalf of Rae Studios, We'd like to thank all the dancers who came out and explored their femininity and learned about queer club culture through 2 hours of this Vogue Femme Spotlight led by the very talented and knowledgable, SoHo Tisci. MEET THE INSTRUCTOR:
SoHo TISCi is a transplant from Brooklyn, NYC who is currently living in the Bay Area.He has been in the ballroom scene for over 20 years and is an up and coming legend. He was on the hit HBO Max Show Legendary S3 as House Father Labeija and his team made it to the top five. He teaches the dance/art form of Vogue fem & Runway to the LGBTQ+ community to empower and uplift all individuals who aspire to shine their light in ballroom culture.
WORKSHOP DETAILS:
A focus and breakdown on the foundation of voguing through the 6 elements. History of ballroom culture for understanding and feel. Across the floor drills with all elements. Teach vogue chore to gain the understanding of fusing personal technique with the elements of vogue to individualize the performance. Ultra feminine, sexy, oozing emotion & movements while maintaining the culture and feel of ballroom.
