RECAP | Pro Dance with Rachel Remboldt


On behalf of the Rae team we want to give a huge THANK YOU! to everyone that attended our Saturday Pro Dance SPOTLIGHT with Rachel!


This was Rachel's first class with us and it was such a great turnout. We hope you were able to get some insight in what to expect with a professional sports dance team and felt confident in your abilities afterwards. We're continuously grateful for your support!

Meet the Instructor:


RACHEL REMBOLDT (she/her) is a versatile dancer trained primarily in pom, jazz, and hip hop, with a strong foundation built through competitive pom in high school. She expanded her artistry as a member of Release Contemporary Dance Company at UC Davis before spending four seasons as a professional dancer with the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush, where she was honored as the 2022 Performer of the Year. Rachel has choreographed for a range of teams across the Bay Area, her choreography credits include the Saint Mary’s College Dance Team and the Bay Area Panthers.
