Our private rooms are available in 3 different spaces for single-day use, short term rentals, and month to month contracts. Conference and meeting rooms include: WiFi, Printing, Office Supplies, Projector, White Bored, Shared Lobbies and a Complimentary Self-served Coffee & Tea Bar. Our staff at Rae Studios are known to develop relationships with our clients, customizing rentals, setting up events that deliver functionality with a welcoming atmosphere and available staff during your rental. ABOUT RAE STUDIOS:
Rae Studios is a dance studio overlooking downtown San Francisco, located inside the Native Sons building serving our community since 2011. Our facility features three unique plant inspired spaces. Studio 1: "Live Your Life S1", Studio 2: "Rhythm and Flow" and Studio 3: "Creative Lab". Our spaces serve as studio rentals and private lessons by day and group classes by evening and weekends. Centralized around, hotels, shopping and various restaurants and is easily accessible by BART and MUNI. Our space is best used for creative co-working space, media production, private lessons, rehearsals, castings and private events. The space has two separate entry and exit ways, great for larger productions. Full day buyouts for the entire space available upon request.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings canceled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
The studio must be returned in its original form. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if conditions aren't met; left to the discretion of studio management.

This space is great for large productions including film/media full day shoots, dance, and fitness classes and speaking events. This space also includes a lounge, kitchenette with a microwave/refrigerator and a changing room with 3x custom created glam stations. This space is great for print/film production or event mixers. This is our photography room. Great for small group photo shoots featuring various photo backdrop colors, a retail rack and a separate shared lounge. This space also works great for private lessons, small group lessons and creative workspace with lots of natural light and dynamic sound system. Max capacity: 16 seated, 18 group class, 25ppl standing. See website for amenities for this room.
This is our creative working space. Our most popular space for the SF market. Includes a conference table that seats 10ppl, smart TV, white board, projector, window-side 3-piece coffee nook, tea and coffee bar and electronic station. The perfect modern space for your co-working needs. Max capacity 10-12ppl seated, See website for amenities for this room.
