SWEAT 4 SOMETHING charity classes support fitness studio partners and World Central Kitchen. This May, we’re teaming up with Gravity Blankets to raise money and awareness for Mental Health Awareness Month through “Gravity Cares”. Gravity Blankets will be donating $10 from every blanket sold to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation and will also be doing a weekly activity with its audience focused around wellness/mental health.
This year for Mental Health Awareness Gravity Blankets is not only going to do their yearly donation with the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, but they're also going to give back to our community with our newest program, Gravity Cares. They've teamed up with some amazing members of our community to give you free virtual activities on their social media page that support self-care and mental health throughout the month of May.
