We, at Rae Studios are proud to have been able to provide a space for the innovative health companies who participated in this year's 2026 J.P. Morgan Health Conference. 2026 marks our third year hosting Hunniwell Lake Ventures and Cuervo Vaccine in our studio spaces. We are so grateful to have built strong relationships embedded with trust and respect and look forward to both teams joining us each time this conference comes around. For five days we open our spaces and this becomes their home as they host meetings, build relationships with new/old clients and continue putting in the work to change the face of healthcare. A huge thank you to our clients for another amazing year and we hope to see you all once again in 2027!
How does J.P. Morgan Conference affect us as a small business?
In January of 2024, we had the opportunity to host three amazing groups in our studio for the JP Morgan Conference. Through our efforts that week, we were able to secure another week of rentals in 2025. The JP Morgan conference has allowed us to build longevity in these relationships and ultimately support us by bringing additional revenue to our studio. With the influx of people in and out of our studio for meetings, we are also able to gain more exposure and spotlight our spaces and studio further.
Who we are:
Rae Studios is predominately an adult dance studio providing a wide genre of dance classes available for all levels of dancers. We currently operate dance classes 7 days a week at Rae Studios (our indoor location), while also offering free classes at UN Plaza (our outdoor dance location), funded by San Francisco Civic Center Community District. Besides group classes, we also offer Studio Rentals, Corporate Wellness Packages, and Private Lessons.
Our Studio Rentals service has given us the opportunity to meet a variety of groups throughout the year ranging from commercial/video production, master yoga classes, personal birthday activities, interactive workshops, and conference meetings. Since J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference has brought us high volume of studio rental inquiries, we've created the following conference set-up to accommodate our groups and their presentations. We're very grateful to have hosted for many different parties and met brilliant people including the following companies for the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference!
Every year, we at Rae Studios continue to see a large surge of personal and professional studio rental inquiries 6-8 months prior to rental dates for the event. This year included returning clients, Hunniwell Lake Ventures, and Curevo Vaccine. Both companies booked their designed spaces during the full week of J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference and have already secured their holds/studio rental confirmations for a third year in a row in 2026!

Hunniwell Lake Ventures invests in extensions of proven technologies within overlooked segments of the medical device space from the heart of Silicon Valley. It provides entrepreneurs with a longer runway to develop a more complete portfolio of products before monetizing their innovations. We leverage our entrepreneurial spirit, operational experience, and global networks to help companies achieve higher profitability earlier, through improved market access, greater capital efficiency in R&D, and lower manufacturing costs.

Hunniwell Lake Ventures booked both our Studio 1, "Live Your Life" and Studio 2, "Rhythm & Flow" spaces. Both rooms consisted of our Workshop set-up. Room amenities include, projector, screen whiteboard and coffee/tea station set up in our S1 lobby.
Curevo has assembled a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals and scientific advisors who are experts in immunology, protein science, adjuvant technology, clinical trials, and regulatory operations.
Our shared goal is to reduce the burden of infectious disease, starting with shingles and chickenpox, and to address important unmet medical needs globally through our commitment to ushering safe, better-tolerated, and highly effective vaccines from the bench through clinical development and to market.
Curevo booked our Studio 3, " Creative Lab" space which features our boardroom style set-up. Amenities include a TV, hdmi cables and adaptors, whiteboard and coffee/tea station set up in the back of the studio.
