We made the switch to Momence!

We have officially transferred to Momence!
We have now switched from Mindbody to Momence as our primary software. With this change, we’ve been able to create a better internal operational system. This software also allows us to pass the credit card processing fee to our clients. Unfortunately, MindBody didn’t have this option and we’ve been absorbing this expense on every transaction, whereas Momence is pro small business and allows us the option to separate the transaction fees/payments. As a small business, we are no longer able to cover these additional costs as each payment is used to pay our teachers and business expenses.
As we continue to build and grow Rae Studios, we want to be mindful of our expenses and ensure we're making the best decision for the longevity of our business and overall growth of our community. We understand that this is a significant change and thank you for your understanding as we head into this new chapter. We are confident that this change with Momence will reflect in a smoother process and better customer experience for our students.

We’ve been wanting to make it easier for you to join our classes. In our search for a better system, we came across Momence. In addition to making classes easier to join, there would be more streamlined communication between our students and our team.
