On behalf of Rae Studios we want to give a huge thank you to everyone that attended our Heels, Seduction, and Floorwork Spotlight with Jazmyne Blackstone this past Saturday! We were so excited to have Jazmyne back to teach this Spotlight that's all about feeling empowered and building confidence. Dancers were able to learn proper heels technique, explored ways to get into and out of the floor, and to feel sexy in their own body. This was all tied in to a 1-minute piece of choreography. Workshop Details:
This class will give you an introduction into pleaser heels, seduction, and floorwork. OIt will provide you with proper heels technique and alignment, transition to get into and out of the floor, and how to use your body language to convey flirtation, sexyness, and confidence. Our goal for this class is to learn the art of seduction and building confidence through dance.
Jazmyne Blackstone is born and raised in the heart of the Bay Area, Oakland California. Jazmyne AKA your twerk goddess Twerk-a-rella, would like to think the inner city movement had a lot to do with becoming the twerk goddess she is. Jazmyne began her dance journey at 10 years old when she joined the dynamite cheer and dance team. At age 15 she started working as a professional dancer. She has worked with artists such as Traxamillion (The Handstand video), Juvenile (Dirty South Tour). Twerk has always been her passion and she is excited to share her passion and knowledge with the Bay Area dance community.
