Workshop Details:

Pro Dance / Pom focuses on the sharp, high-energy style seen in collegiate and professional dance teams like the 49ers Gold Rush and the Golden State Warriors dance team. Dancers can expect to drill clean lines, precise arm placement, strong visual impact, and musicality. Choreography will blend classic pom elements like sharp motions, angles, and level changes with modern dance transitions, athletic movement, and performance polish. Emphasis is placed on precision, synchronization, projection, and confidence, while still pushing versatility and style.

Combinations will move at a faster pace and may include directional changes, floor work, jumps, and turns. This class is ideal for dancers looking to refine technique, build performance stamina, and elevate their skills across the board.

Based in Boston, Grace teaches contemporary, lyrical, jazz, and pro dance styles to dancers of all levels and ages. Grace danced for 3 seasons in the NFL with the 49ers Gold Rush and coached the Bay Area Panthers Dance Team in the IFL. She graduated from Stanford University, where she was the Director of contemporary group, Innovative Styles, and danced with the Stanford Dollies.
